The Division of Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation shall:
- (1) Review, and upon all requirements being met, approve master plans no later than September 1 of each even numbered year; and
- (2) Notify a district no later than May 1 of each odd-numbered year whether the district’s application for state financial participation for the upcoming biennium has been approved.
