Acts 1983 (1st Ex. Sess.), No. 86, provided for the Arkansas High Technology Scholarship Program and gave administrative responsibility for the program to the Vocational and Technical Education Division of the Department of Education.

Codification Notes: Pursuant to Arkansas Code § 6-82-403, the Arkansas High Technology Scholarship Program is now administered by the Division of Career and Technical Education.
