1. (a) (a) The federal funds received through the Division of Career and Technical Education shall be used to improve division programs and services for students enrolled in the program of study, which may also include other uses as outlined in Perkins V, including support and career preparation courses.
2. (b) Federal rules and regulations along with the state’s approved Perkins V state plan and local application for the funds shall be followed.
3. (c) Pertinent information regarding the federal CTE funds may be obtained through the Arkansas Perkins V State Plan (posted on the division’s website) and through the United States Department of Education Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education at https://cte.ed.gov/.
