(a)
- (1) Concurrent credit courses offered at secondary career and/or post-secondary centers shall align to Division of Career and Technical Education standards.

- (1) Concurrent credit courses used by high schools shall align to division standards.

(c)
- (1) Technical instructors teaching at a STC operated by a two-year community/technical college shall have a minimum of an associate degree within the area of instruction, have completed all necessary background checks, and met all college accrediting standards for instructors.
- (2)
(2) Secondary technical centers shall follow Rules for Secondary Technical Centers, 6 CAR pt. 501. - (3) Centers will annually submit a list of instructors providing concurrent credit and in meeting the above requirements, will be given an annual waiver from teacher licensure requirements.
- (4) Those instructors not meeting these requirements or instructors teaching nonconcurrent credit classes shall hold an Arkansas teacher’s license/technical permit as required by division.
