- (a) Education. The Freshman Academy/keystone instructor shall maintain a valid seven through twelve (7-12) standard teaching license or be enrolled in the nontraditional licensure program.
(b) Endorsement. The freshmen seminar/keystone instructor shall:
- (1) Complete or be enrolled in a mentorship training program approved by the Division of Career and Technical Education under an approved model trainer during the first semester of teaching the course; and
- (2) High recommendation to attend the career guidance new teacher professional development provided by the Division of Career and Technical Education.
