- (a) Secondary technical career centers (STCs) provide additional CTE opportunities to students.
- (b) STCs are offered on high school and postsecondary campuses.
- (c) Secondary technical centers are managed through the Office of Skills Development through an annual memorandum of understanding with the Department of Education in collaboration with Division of Career and Technical Education for CTE programs and programs of study offered and secondary career centers.
