- (a) A completer is not a federal Perkins accountability measure but is recognized at the state level.
- (b) A CTE program of study completer is a student who completes at least three (3) courses in a single career and technical education program of study.
- (c) Although industry-recognized certifications are an expectation when completing a program or program of study, students may still be recognized as a completer if they do not attain an industry-recognized certification.
- (d) This includes the courses at Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 within an approved single program of study.
- (e) A CTE completer is a student who has completed three (3) courses within a career cluster.
