1. (a) An individual at either the secondary or postsecondary level who completes at least one (1) CTE course in an approved CTE program or program of study (AR State Perkins V Plan, Appendix N, p. 154).
2. (b) CTE participant data is monitored at the state level but is no longer a federal accountability measure.
