6. (6) Facilities construction;
7. (7) Facilities maintenance;
8. (8) Student transportation;
9. (9) Food service operations;

10. (10) Cost control systems, including:

    1. (A) Asset management;
    2. (B) Risk management;
    3. (C) Financial management;
    4. (D) Purchasing;
    5. (E) Internal auditing; and
    6. (F) Financial auditing;
11. (11) Athletics; and
12. (12) Other extracurricular activities.
