(b) Before July 15 of each year, a district shall report on the website of the district, or in writing to the parents of each student in the district, the following information:

1. (1) The dyslexia intervention programs used during the previous school year that were specifically responsive to assisting students exhibiting characteristics of dyslexia;
2. (2) The number of students during the previous school year who received dyslexia intervention; and

3. (3)

   1. (A) The total number of students identified with dyslexia during the previous school year.
   2. (B) For purposes of subdivision (b)(3)(A) of this section, “identified with dyslexia” means students:

(i) Exhibiting the characteristics of dyslexia through a school-based or outside evaluation; and

1. (ii) With a formal dyslexia diagnosis.

   1. (c) Any district that fails to comply with this section:
2. (1) Shall be in violation of the Rules Governing Standards for Accreditation of Arkansas Public Schools and School Districts, 6 CAR pt. 61; and
3. (2) May be placed on probationary status.
