Arkansas Code § 6-15-103
As used in this part:
- (1) "Division" means the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education of the Department of Education;
- (2) "State board" means the State Board of Education; and
- (3) “Waiver” means a waiver granted by the State Board of Education pursuant to its authority under Arkansas Code § 6-15-103.
