1. (a) An educational entity is responsible for ensuring that each beginning administrator is provided induction support opportunities for his or her first three (3) years of employment as a beginning administrator.

2. (b) The induction program is supported by the Department of Education through partnership grants with:

   1. (1) State or national school leadership organizations; or

   2. (2) Institutions of higher education with school leadership programs that:

      1. (A) Include opportunities for:

3. (i) A summer or fall conference; and

   1. (ii) Regionally organized professional learning communities; and

      1. (B) Focus on topics designed to meet the specific needs of beginning administrators.

         1. (c) An educational entity shall identify with the department each building-level or district-level leader that is in his or her first year of employment as a building-level or district-level leader.
