- (a) In formative years, L.E.A.D.S. aligns professional support and learning opportunities to link a building-level or district-level leader’s professional practice with support for targeted, personalized learning.
- (b) In a formative year, the building-level or district-level leader shall focus on elements of the building-level or district-level leader’s professional growth plan that are designed to help the building-level or district-level leader improve his or her leadership practices to meet school and district goals.
