A building-level or district-level leader shall:
- (1) Develop a professional growth plan based on the standards and functions determined in collaboration with the superintendent or designee; and
(2) Indicate:
- (A) The school’s or educational entity’s goal or goals for improvement;
- (B) The leadership strategies to address the goals;
- (C) Results indicators (staff and students); and
- (D) Sources of data to be monitored.
