A building-level or district-level leader shall:

1. (1) Develop a professional growth plan based on the standards and functions determined in collaboration with the superintendent or designee; and

2. (2) Indicate:

   1. (A) The school’s or educational entity’s goal or goals for improvement;
   2. (B) The leadership strategies to address the goals;
   3. (C) Results indicators (staff and students); and
   4. (D) Sources of data to be monitored.
