An applicant may add the designation of Lead Professional Educator to an Arkansas standard license in good standing by:

1. (1) Completing the appropriate online application; and

2. (2) Providing the following with the online application:

   1. (A) Documentation of three (3) years of licensed teaching experience; and
   2. (B) Verification that the applicant has performed at the level of an effective teacher as evidenced by the most recent summative evaluation, or equivalent completed in the last four (4) years before applying for the license; and
3. (3) Documentation of an official score report demonstrating passing scores, as set by the State Board of Education, on a performance assessment approved by the state board for the Lead Professional Educator designation or a Division of Elementary and Secondary Education-approved program.
