When used with respect to children who are deaf or hard of hearing, “interpreting services” means:

1. (1) Oral transliteration services, cued language transliteration services, sign language transliteration and interpreting services, and transcription services, such as:

   1. (A) Communication access real-time translation;
   2. (B) C-Print; and
   3. (C) Type Well; and
2. (2) Special interpreting services for children who are deaf-blind.
