A hearing held under 6 CAR § 130-1608 and 34 C.F.R. § 300.619 must be conducted according to the procedures under 34 C.F.R. § 99.22 and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, 20 U.S.C. § 1232g.
