A school district that authorizes use of corporal punishment shall not:

1. (1) Use corporal punishment on a child who is:

   1. (A) Intellectually disabled;
   2. (B) Nonambulatory;
   3. (C) Nonverval; or
   4. (D) Autistic; or

2. (2) Include in its written student discipline policy a provision to allow the use of corporal punishment on a child who is:

   1. (A) Intellectually disabled;
   2. (B) Nonambulatory;
   3. (C) Nonverbal; or
   4. (D) Autistic.
