Conduct of the hearing — Closing arguments — Post-hearing

(a)
- (1) At the conclusion of the presentation of the evidence, the hearing officer may allow each party to the hearing to present closing arguments.
- (2) Closing arguments by any party shall not exceed thirty (30) minutes in length.
(b)
- (1) In lieu of closing arguments or in addition thereto, at the discretion of the hearing officer, the hearing officer may require each party to simultaneously submit a post-hearing brief summarizing the party’s arguments.
- (2) In the event that a post-hearing brief is required, the brief shall be submitted to the hearing officer not more than seven (7) days following the adjournment of the hearing.
