- (a) A program is systematically developed with long-range goals that are coordinated to guide the development of gifted students from the time they are identified through graduation from high school.
(b) A table of organization is developed that clearly delineates:
- (1) Roles;
- (2) Responsibilities; and
- (3) Coordination procedures.
(c) Students’ placement in program options is based on:
- (1) Their abilities, needs, and interests; and
- (2) Resources of the district.
(d) Administrative arrangements are used that promote interaction among:
- (1) Gifted students; and
- (2) Both their intellectual and chronological peers.
- (e) A minimum of one hundred fifty (150) minutes a week of direct instruction must be provided during the regular school day.
