1. (a) There is a written plan for gifted and talented staff development specific to the needs of gifted students that includes all faculty, when appropriate, based on local education needs of gifted students.
2. (b) Opportunities to increase knowledge of the education of gifted and talented students are provided for continuing and new school board members, school and district administrators, teachers and support staff on a continuing and regular basis.
