The purpose of this part is to establish the minimum standards for approval of gifted programs that meet the requirements of the Rules Governing Standards for Accreditation of Arkansas Public Schools and School Districts, 6 CAR pt. 61:

1. (1) Adopted by the State Board of Education on February 22, 1984; and
2. (2) That have been in effect since June 1, 1987.
