(a) This part shall be known as the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education's "Rules Governing Dyslexia Screenings and Interventions".
(b) The purpose of this part is to establish guidelines for early screening, intervention, and services to meet the educational needs of students with dyslexia or characteristics of dyslexia.
(c) Further clarification, guidance, and instruction regarding the applicable law and this part is provided in the Arkansas Dyslexia Resource Guide, which can be accessed through the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education's website.
