- (a) All educators who are not required to obtain a proficiency credential under 6 CAR § 90-104 shall demonstrate an awareness in the knowledge and practices in scientific reading instruction by completing one (1) of the prescribed pathways for awareness.
- (b) All approved prescribed pathways for awareness shall be listed on the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education’s website.
