(a)

1. (1) Alternate programs may include, but are not limited to:

   1. (A) Licensed childcare family home;
   2. (B) PAT; and
   3. (C) HIPPY.
2. (2) These programs will comply, where applicable, with the rules herein.

(b) All ABC Program-funded alternate program models will:

1. (1) Be developmentally appropriate;
2. (2) Meet applicable health and safety standards;
3. (3) Provide developmental and health screenings; and
4. (4) Ensure immunizations of the child served.
