- (a) Teachers and administrators must comply with Arkansas law or Division of Elementary and Secondary Education rules regarding professional development. (D/C)
- (b) Each public school district shall provide professional development in scientific reading instruction in compliance with the Right to Read Act, Arkansas Code § 6-17-429. (D/P)
