(a) Each public school district shall provide screening and intervention for dyslexia pursuant to:
- (1) Arkansas law; or
- (2) Division of Elementary and Secondary Education rules. (D/P)
- (b) Each public school district shall comply with the annual dyslexia reporting as required by Arkansas Code § 6-41-606. (D/P)
