(a) This part is to:

1. (1) Set forth the standards for accreditation to all public schools and public school districts; and
2. (2) Apply the standards for accreditation to all public schools and public school districts for the purpose of determining accreditation of the school and district.

(b) This part:

1. (1) Describes the:

   1. (A) Minimum requirements and process from which Arkansas public schools and public school districts are accredited; and
   2. (B) Process to cite Arkansas public schools and public school districts or otherwise place the foregoing in probationary status for failure to meet the standards for accreditation; and
2. (2) Sets forth the enforcement actions that may be applied to Arkansas public schools and public school districts that fail to meet the standards for accreditation.
