The National Assessment of Educational Progress
Arkansas Code § 6-11-105; Arkansas Code § 6-11-112; Arkansas Code § 6-15-2905
- (a) Selected public schools shall participate in any and all components of the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP).
(b) Any public school that fails to participate in the administration of any NAEP assessment:
- (1) Shall be reported to the State Board of Education; and
- (2) May be found in violation of the Standards for Accreditation of Arkansas Public Schools and School Districts, 6 CAR pt. 61, and subject to action by the state board.
