The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education shall require a public school district to report the enrollment of a student who is a child of a military family:
- (1) In the Arkansas Public School Computer Network; or
- (2) If the public school does not report through the Arkansas Public School Computer Network, the division shall work with the public school district to collect the required reports.
