Use of funding by adult education charter schools
Arkansas Code § 6-11-105; Arkansas Code § 6-23-1008
(a) No indebtedness of:
- (1) Any kind incurred or created by the adult education charter school shall constitute an indebtedness of the state or its political subdivisions; and
- (2) The adult education charter school shall involve or be secured by the faith, credit, or taxing power of the state or its political subdivisions.
- (b) Every contract or lease into which an adult education charter school enters shall include the wording of subsection (a) of this section.
