Public charter schools receiving federal dissemination grants from the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education

- (a) Public charter schools that receive federal dissemination grant funds from the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education shall, by July 1 of each year, provide the charter school office with a list of the public charter school’s best or promising practices in accordance with its approved dissemination grant applications.
- (b) By August 1 of each year, the charter school office will post a link of each public charter school’s best or promising practices on the division’s website.
