Observance of anti-discrimination laws

- (a) All public charter schools shall observe and comply with all anti-discrimination laws, both federal and state, except where otherwise exempted under federal charter school law.
(b) All public charter schools are responsible for meeting the requirements of:
- (1) The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq.; and
- (2) This part.
- (c) All public charter schools are responsible for meeting the requirements of section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794 et seq.
