(a) Individuals employed in the position of technology coordinator should have the following expertise:

1. (1) Demonstrated expertise in providing staff development in instructional technologies; and
2. (2) Demonstrated expertise in school district technology planning.

(b) Individuals employed in the position of technology coordinator should possess:

1. (1) Relevant training in network operating systems and management information systems; and
2. (2) Positive leadership and interpersonal skills.
