1. (a) The Department of Education shall encourage sharing and coordination of activities among the education service cooperatives.
2. (b) The Commissioner of Elementary and Secondary Education shall name a person to serve as liaison between the department and the education service cooperatives.

3. (c) This liaison shall:

   1. (1) Provide information on resources and programs; and
   2. (2) Be the general contact person in the department for the education service cooperatives.
