(b) Renewal of certification.

1. (1) Installations.

   1. (A) An installation certificate is valid if and when the conditions stated on the face of the certificate are met.
   2. (B) Therefore, an expiration date is not required on the installation certificate, nor is it necessary to reissue an installation certificate except when the identity changes or to replace one (1) destroyed or lost.

2. (2) Senior operators and operators.

   1. (A) Every individual certified in accordance with this part shall renew such certification with the office:

(i) Every two (2) years; and

1. (ii) At such other times as the office deems necessary.

   1. (B) The validity of such certificates may be verified by contacting the office.

2. (3) Instruments.

   1. (A) Instrument certificates will be renewed quarterly unless otherwise defined by Arkansas law.

      1. (i) Certification is to be based upon:

   1. (c) Report of change or discontinuance. The certified installation shall report within thirty (30) days any:
2. (1) Change of address or discontinuance of an installation;
3. (2) Change of employment; or

4. (3) Loss of certified personnel.

   1. (d) Transfer of certification.
5. (1) Procedures for transferring certification are detailed .
6. (2) Additional information may be obtained by contacting the office.

(e) Certification records. Certificates shall become:

1. (1) Part of the records available to the courts for legal proceedings;
2. (2) Open to public inspection; and
3. (3) Reclaimable by the office.
