Exclusions from certification. It is not required that:

1. (1)

   1. (A) The Office of Alcohol Testing be certified.
   2. (B) The office shall not be limited by these rules;
2. (2) The State Medical Examiner, his or her staff, or the State Crime Laboratory be certified, nor shall they be limited by this part;
3. (3) Type B testing devices or the operators thereof be certified; and
4. (4) Accessories to testing devices be certified.
