(a)
- (1) Once a concealed handgun carry license is revoked by the Director of the Division of Arkansas State Police, the former licensee shall not be eligible to apply for a concealed handgun carry license for a period of at least twenty-four (24) months from the date of revocation or other exclusion period stated in the law.
- (2) After that time period expires, the applicant may reapply as a new applicant.
- (b) The reapplication shall be treated as an initial application by the Division of Arkansas State Police.
