- (a) All statements of organization and financial reports required by these rules shall be open to public inspection at the office of the Arkansas Ethics Commission during regular office hours.
(b) All records supporting the reports filed under these rules shall be:
- (1) Made available to the commission; and
- (2) Retained by the filer for a period of four (4) years after the date of filing the report.
