1. (a)

   1. (1) A bed and breakfast private club must serve a breakfast meal to its lodging guests.
   2. (2) This meal may be served buffet style or by individual servings and it shall be served in a common dining area.
2. (b) An exception to service in a common dining area may be made only if the bed and breakfast operator prepares a complete breakfast daily, in a central kitchen, and delivers the prepared breakfast daily to an individual guest room.
