1. (a) A licensed bed and breakfast private club permit may serve beer and wine only to registered lodging guests in accordance with the limitations contained within Acts 1999, No. 1063.
2. (b) The wine or beer furnished by the bed and breakfast private club permittee must be furnished from supplies purchased by the bed and breakfast private club permittee from a liquor store authorized by the Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division to sell beer and wine supplies to private club organizations.
