1. (a) Any person who joins a private club located in a wet area may, at the club’s option, be issued a membership card as provided above.

2. (b) If the club elects to issue membership cards, the membership cards shall reflect, at a minimum:

   1. (1) The name of the private club;
   2. (2) The name of the member; and
   3. (3) The date upon which the membership card was issued.
3. (c) Every membership card issued under the provisions of this subpart shall remain valid in accordance with the club’s bylaws, unless otherwise revoked or cancelled by the private club in accordance with such bylaws or any applicable law or rule of the State of Arkansas.
