3 CAR § 4-401 – Prohibited conduct and activities under hotel or motel, or restaurant permit

In addition to the violation or failure to comply with any of the rules under this part and under 3 CAR pt. 1 or with any alcoholic beverage control law of the State of Arkansas, any hotel or motel, or restaurant permit may be suspended or revoked for the violation of or failure to comply with any rule under 3 CAR pt. 3 in regard to retail permits.
