(a) An excursion train permittee shall notify the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of its intent to operate a separate storage facility by providing the following information:

1. (1) A completed excursion train separate storage facility application form;
2. (2) A floor plan of the separate storage facility; and
3. (3) Certification that the proposed storage facility is in compliance with any local zoning requirements for the location.

(b)

1. (1) Upon receipt of an acceptable application, the division shall issue an endorsement to the excursion train permittee.
2. (2) The endorsement shall be posted on the premises of the separate storage facility in compliance with 3 CAR § 1-307.
3. (3) Such endorsement allows an excursion train permittee to store legally purchased alcoholic beverages for sale on the excursion train.
