3 CAR § 2-703

Product source for small farm wine

Arkansas Code § 3-2-205; Arkansas Code § 3-2-206

(a) “Small farm wine” means wine made from:
1. (1) Grapes;
2. (2) Berries;
3. (3) Other fruits;
4. (4) Honey; or
5. (5) Vegetables.
(b) “Small farm wine” includes mead.
