3 CAR § 2-103

Definitions of other terms

Arkansas Code § 3-2-205; Arkansas Code § 3-2-206

All other terms used in this part shall be defined in accordance with the:

(1) Definitions under 3 CAR pt. 1;
(2) Laws of the State of Arkansas; and
(3) Customs and usages of the trade and the people of the State of Arkansas.
