Pursuant to the power granted to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division, in part by Arkansas Code § 25-15-213 and pursuant to other powers granted to the Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division and the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, the director or the board may designate any member of the division to conduct any hearing authorized by this subpart or by any alcoholic beverage control law of the State of Arkansas.
