1. (a) Whenever any permittee shall sell the business conducted on the permitted premises, such permittee shall give notice of such sale to the Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division within ten (10) days of the date of sale.
2. (b) The notice shall state the name, address, and permit number of the seller and the name and address of the purchaser.
