1. (a) Any conditions attached to the granting of a permit by the Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division or Alcoholic Beverage Control Board must be met by the applicant within twelve (12) months of the final Alcoholic Beverage Control Division decision or the application will be cancelled by the division.
2. (b) In order to extend the twelve-month conditional period, written approval must be obtained from the director or board before the expiration of the twelve-month period.
