Applications for permits issued pursuant to any alcoholic beverage control law of the State of Arkansas shall be verified by:

1. (1) The named applicant, if the applicant is an individual;
2. (2) A general partner of a partnership, if the applicant is a partnership; or
3. (3) The managing agent, if the applicant is a corporation.
